Like any other dealership service center. Even if you make an appointment, they are slow and they are expensive. But James was really nice. That just might be why we would come back.

Jim was great! The thermostat unit in our 2022 CX30 took 4 hours to install, twice the original 2 hour estimate. My impression was still pretty good: Jim offered to let me use a courtesy car to grab lunch and kept me updated as to the progress. The Dunkin donuts in the waiting area kept calling my name but I only had one. My poor self control wasn't KR's problem!!! Good service, long wait. Mazda keeps requiring updates to ECM, PCM, etc. Think there’s been 9 or 10 in the 11 months I’ve owned the car. An inspection with the update took 2 hrs 20 minutes.

Overall a great buying experience. Low pressure, listened to our needs and found a great match within our price range. Finance department explained our options and did not pressure us to buy extras and processed quickly. Very satisfied with our purchase from Kenny Ross Mazda.

The dealership was very helpful and understanding with the issue that I had with my car. Although, being that my car was brand new and I had to bring it back twice once for a detail because when I purchased the car it wasn’t detailed properly and then I had to bring it back because of a noise issue the following weekend. It was a bit of an inconvenience for me having to bring it up to the dealership back to back 2 different weekends. Overall, after almost a month the issue was resolved.

The experience was typical. The salesman was kind and shady dealership practices isn’t his fault. However, the dealership tries to make you pay for “mandatory” fees. They were: Installed LoJack GPS $999 Installed Appearance Protectant $499 Installed Traceable Theft Protection $399 They tell you they are mandatory but everything online counters that. Regardless, as soon as I see non advertised fees added at the end, my business is lost. I’m not really angry, just annoyed. There are local dealers that are more transparent.
