Strong Sales Growth: Mazda Reports Record Numbers for February

Mazda North American Operations (MNAO) announced today that total sales for February reached 32,705 vehicles, marking a 6.7 percent increase from February 2023. Year-to-date sales reached 62,984 vehicles, up by 17.5 percent compared to the same period last year. With 25 selling days in February, compared to 24 in the previous year, the company’s Daily Selling Rate (DSR) showed a 2.5 percent increase.

Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) sales for February totaled 5,640 vehicles, showing a 12 percent increase compared to February 2023. Highlights of February 2024 sales include:

– Record February sales of 32,705 vehicles.

– Best-ever February sales for the CX-50, with 5,480 vehicles sold.

– Best-ever sales for the CX-30, totaling 10,026 vehicles.

Meanwhile, Mazda Canada, Inc. (MCI) reported February sales of 4,075 vehicles, reflecting a 50.1 percent increase compared to the same month last year. Year-to-date sales for MCI reached 8,549 vehicles, up by 46 percent from the previous year.

Mazda Motor de Mexico (MMdM) reported February sales of 6,625 vehicles, indicating a 19 percent increase compared to the previous year. Year-to-date sales for MMdM totaled 12,955 vehicles, showing a 7 percent increase compared to the same period last year.
